Conference fee include one first-author abstract in the book of abstracts (fee for the next abstract is 20 €), Ice-breaker Party (June 26, 2018), Conference Dinner (June 28, 2018), refreshment during conference. Accommodation will not be included in the conference fee but accommodation facilities will be recommended. Field trip fees are specified here.
Members fee – for members of Mineralogical Society of Slovakia, Czech Geological Society, Hungarian Geological Society, and Mineralogical Society of Poland.
Full fee – for participants which are not members of Mineralogical Society of Slovakia, Czech Geological Society, Hungarian Geological Society, and Mineralogical Society of Poland.
Students, retirees – for participants which are students of Bachelor and Master degree (PhD students are not included) or retirees older than 70 years.
Conference and excursion fees don’t have to be paid immediately after ordering (if your project is funded later in the year), there is no invoice expiration date but we would like to ask you to pay as soon as possible. It would help us to prepare the pleasant and well-organized conference for you.
